Smyrna Community Mural
Join us this weekend at the Jonquil Festival to take part in a new complimentary Community Art Mural to accompany the Spring 2017 version currently hanging in the Community Center. |
#SmyrnaGARocks
The idea is simple. Paint rocks bright colors or with short messages on them and tag the rock with #SmyrnaGARocks and hide them – preferably in plain sight – so that people find them. |
The Jonquil Project
The Jonquil Project was created by local photographer, Robert Gaines, to document the beauty and diversity of the people of Smyrna through portraits. The portraits are taken at local events throughout the year and will made be into annual collections and exhibited across the city. |

Jonquil City Historical Trail
The SACC History Committee worked with the City of Smyrna to develop the Jonquil City Historical Trail project. 20 historic locations along Atlanta Road from Windy Hill Road to Brawner Hall have been cataloged, described and mapped with historic photos of each location. |
SACC Future Plans Showcase
Stop by the Smyrna Arts & Cultural Council’s tent and lean about our accomplishments since being established in August 2015 and our plans for 2018 and beyond. We also have exciting news to share about 2 new public art projects. |
